Renovation of a municipal facility in Oxford, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project #1 Roof Repair/Replacement Complete tear-off; Remove and install heat tape; Remove and install new roof vent; Install 6 feet of ice and water drip edge along eaves and valleys; Install new wall flashings; Remove and install new gutters and down spouts; Install new architectural shingles. The Village reserves the right to refuse any and all bids and/or reject the low bid for cause. If a bid is accepted, it is anticipated to accept the bid at the same March 6, 2024 board meeting.
