Construction of the following: City of Reedsburg 2024 Asphaltic Concrete Pavement: Laurel Street, Sixth Street and RACA Parking area to include: Provide and install approximately 3,175 tons of asphaltic concrete pavement at various locations in the City of Reedsburg on an on-call basis. Work under this Contract shall also include adjustment of manholes and valve boxes as necessary, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rate as established by law. The City of Reedsburg reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 62.15, 66.29 and 66.293, Wisconsin Statutes.
