The City of High Point (City) seeks proposals from qualified Individuals and Firms to assist in the mowing & lot cleaning services for specified lots located in High Point and owned by the City of High Point/Community Development & Housing (CD&H) Department. The City will enter into a contract with the vendor selected to provide these services. The successful proposer shall be required to comply with all applicable equal employment opportunity laws and regulations, and all other applicable governmental laws and regulations as set forth by the City of High Point and the State of North Carolina. The City will enter into a contract with the vendor(s) selected to provide these services. The scope of services shall be for the period beginning April 1, 2024, through April 1, 2025. The executed contract may be renewed for a 1-year term, based on contractor performance, for no more than 2 additional terms. The purpose of this Request is: (1) To determine and select a contractor to perform specific lot mowing & cleanup services for the City; (2) To select a contractor that has personnel and equipment suitable for the specific work required, and (3) To obtain a firm quote of costs.
