The City will enter into a contract with the vendor selected to provide these services. The City will enter into a contract with the vendor(s) selected to provide these services. The scope of services shall be for the period beginning April 1, 2024, through April 1, 2025. The executed contract may be renewed for a 1-year term, based on contractor performance, for no more than 2 additional terms. The purpose of this Request is: (1) To determine and select a contractor to perform specific lot mowing & cleanup services for the City; (2) To select a contractor that has personnel and equipment suitable for the specific work required, and (3) To obtain a firm quote of costs.
