As of April 3, 2024 project was awarded to Vinton Construction Company, awarded amount is $1,685,995.91. Site Address: 900 Quay Street City: Manitowoc County: Wisconsin State/Province: WI Est. Completion Date: Oct. 18, 2024 This Contract consists of the following projects: 1) Complete Reconstruction of Franklin Street from South 21st Street to South 26th Street. 2) CIPP Re-Lining of the sanitary sewers along Franklin Street from South 21st Street to South 26th Street and the sanitary sewers on the side streets off of Franklin Street as shown on the plans. 3) CIPP Re-Lining of the storm sewers on the side streets off of Franklin Street as shown on the plans. The complete reconstruction work on Franklin Street includes pavement removal, grading, graveling, fine grading, concrete pavement with 30" concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveways, concrete sidewalk. The project also includes relaying storm sewer, replace sanitary manholes, replace storm manholes and storm catch basins, relaying sanitary laterals, relaying watermain and clearing/grubbing trees. The project also includes lawn restoration and pavement markings. A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty.
