Site work and paving for a civil project in Cave Spring, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sewerage system rehabilitation includes open-cut replacement of approximately 1,400 linear feet of 8-inch through 12-inch sewer lines, 23 manhole replacements and 1,200 linear feet of pressure test and grouting. Work also includes post-televising, point repairs, pavement repair, manhole construction and rehabilitation, bypass pumping and appurtenances. Time of construction is 180 consecutive calendar days for substantial completion and 210 days for final completion. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
