The City of Ottawa, herein referred to as the City, and the following co-operating agencies or participants are requesting Offers from qualified plumbing material vendors to supply and deliver plumbing materials on an as and when requested basis. Where the term "City/Participants" is used in this Co-operative Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) document, it shall be understood, unless otherwise clarified, to mean the City of Ottawa and all of the co-operating participants as a collective whole. Participants: City of Ottawa Carleton University Ottawa Catholic School Board During the timeframe of this Standing Offer, the main user of this standing offer is intended to be the City's Recreation, Culture and Facility Services Department but other Departments in the City may also make call ups under these terms and conditions. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers received and to seek clarification from one or more Offerors on the contents of their submission. The City of Ottawa further reserves the right to do any or all of the following at its sole and absolute discretion: a) Reject any Offer for any element of it being non-compliant or non- responsive to the requirements set out in this RFSO Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
