Salt Lake County Contracts and Procurement, on behalf of Salt Lake County Facilities Management (SLCo) invites your company to bid on providing parts and supplies to maintain and service HVAC equipment of various equipment manufacturers throughout the many facilities serviced by Salt Lake County's HVAC Shop. This will include items such as roof top package units, chillers, air-handlers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, valves, PTAC's, evaporative coolers, etc. Questions shall be submitted through our online solicitation system, Utah Public Procurement Place (UPPP) powered by Jaggaer / SciQuest. The contract resulting from this solicitation will become effective on the date of execution by the County and will terminate five (5) years thereafter (the "Term"). The County reserves the right to review the contract on a regular basis regarding performance and cost analysis and may negotiate price and service elements during the Term of the contract.
