CSDB would like to hire a Design/Build Firm experienced with designing and installing network/fiber infrastructure and designing and installing Avigilon Alta camera surveillance systems. Our campus consists of 17 buildings across 34 acres. CSDB desires an interior/exterior camera surveillance system and a fiber/network upgrade to support the new camera surveillance system. This project will be completed using the Design/Build Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) project delivery method. The total Phase 1 project budget is $572,250, inclusive of all owner's costs associated with the project and is anticipated to cover: Design the fiber/network improvements to support the camera installation. Install the fiber/network improvements. Design camera surveillance system. The Design/Build Entity's Architect/Engineer's Fees and Construction Management Fees through completion of fiber/network improvements and surveillance camera installation.
