RFP No. 135 CITYWIDE UNDERGROUNDING OF OVERHEAD UTILITIES-PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AND PROGRAM SUPPORT SERVICES The City of Fort Lauderdale, FL (City) is actively seeking the services of a qualified, experienced, and licensed consultant team to provide professional engineering and program support services, for the conversion of existing neighborhood overhead utility networks to an underground utility network for communities choosing this action, as further described in Section III Scope of Services. Minimum Qualifications: Firms shall be in the business of Professional Engineering Services for at least Five (5) years; must possess the required Professional Engineering licenses and sufficient financial support, equipment, and organization to ensure that they can satisfactorily perform the services if awarded a contract. Firms must demonstrate that they, or the principals assigned to the project, have successfully provided services with similar magnitude to those specified in the scope of services to at least one city similar in size and complexity to the City of Fort Lauderdale or can demonstrate they have the experience with large scale private sector clients and the managerial and financial ability to successfully perform the work.
