Demolition and site work for a residential development in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Scope of Work: The removal and legal disposal of the material and debris from the demolition of eight (8) structures. A more detailed Scope of Work, project description, and contract documents for bidding purposes may be obtained from the Community and Economic Development Office as mentioned above A certified check or bank draft, payable to the City of Johnstown, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount shall be submitted with each bid as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted and awarded, a contract shall be entered. The successful bidder must furnish 100% Performance, Labor and Materials Bonds along with the proper insurance, City Permits, and filing of no-lien agreement, before being awarded the contract. The City of Johnstown reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to re-advertise or to waive any informalities in the bidding For further information, contact Katherine Purelli-Webb, Fiscal Officer.
