In general, the Project includes the following work items: - Improvements to Grinder Station GS#1 - Boy Scout o Convert existing simplex station to a duplex station. o Install new pumps, base elbows, and guide rails. o Install new internal PVC piping, fittings, and valves. o Install new control panel and level control system. - Improvements to Lift Station #A-1 - US6 and SR15 o Install new pumps, base elbows, and guide rails. o Install new piping, fittings, and valves in the wet well and valve vault. o Install new control panel and level control system. - Improvements to Lift Station #A-5 - Meandering Meadows o Install new pumps, base elbows, and guide rails. o Install new piping, fittings, and valves in the wet well and valve vault. o Install new control panel and level control system. Question Deadline 03/19/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such question, Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Following registration, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from JPR Egnyte File Sharing System as portable document format (PDF) files. Printed Bidding Documents may be ordered by the Bidder from ARC Document Solutions for pickup or delivery. The cost of printed Bidding Documents from ARC Document Solutions will depend on the number and size of the Drawings and Project Manual, applicable taxes, and shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. Cost of printed paper copies of the Bidding Documents and shipping is non-refundable. Upon ARC Document Solutions' receipt of payment from Bidder, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from ARC Document Solutions. Alternatively, Bidding Documents may be examined at the office of the Engineer, Jones Petrie Rafinski Corp., 222 Pearl Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, local time. Neither the Owner nor its Engineer will be responsible for partial sets of documents obtained from any source. The Owner reserves the right to reject any proposal for being unresponsive or deemed irresponsible, reject all proposals, or to accept the lowest responsive and responsible proposal/Bidder.
