Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Milford, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
For the Following: Intersection Improvements for Union Valley Road, Lakeside Road, Greenwood Lake Turnpike, Stainsby Road the Work to Be Performed Under This Contract Includes the Furnishing of All Labor, Materials and Equipment Necessary to Complete the Work as Shown on the Drawings and Described in the Specifications. Major Items of Construction Consist of Approximately 5 Traffic Signals, 6 Pedestrian Signals, 400 L.f. Rigid Metallic Conduit, 177 Sy Dense Graded Aggregate 6" Thick, 46 Tons Hot Mix Asphalt 19.5m64 4" Thick, 23 Tons Hot Mix Asphalt 12.5m64 2" Thick, 23 Tons Hot MixAsphalt 9.5m64 2" Thick, 2 Type B Inlets, 1 Inlet Conversion, 38 Lf 18" Rcp, 17 Lf 12" Rcp, 1022 Lf Concrete Curb, 200 Sy Concrete Sidewalk, Detectable Warning Surfaces, 75 Sf Street Sign Names, Traffic Markings, 6 18" X 36" Junction Boxes, 9 Foundations, 1 Meter Cabinet, 1 Controller Assembly, 1 Generator Auxiliary Cabinet, 2 Image Detectors With 185 Lf Image Detector Cable, and Other Incidental Work. A Certified Check, Cashier s Check or Bid Bond of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount bid, and not to exceed $20,000.00 The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive immaterial informalities, and/or to accept the bid which, in the opinion of the Township, will be in the best interest of the Township,
