The Town of Hartford, Vermont (VT) Parks and Recreation Department requests proposals for the Athletic Field Specialty Services for the 2024 season. Applications of liquid herbicide to control crabgrass and broadleaf weed species, as well as a pesticide to control grubs over a collection of athletic fields within our park system and seasonal fertilization with up to 3 applications along with annual aeration and overseeding of athletic playing fields. Prices must be itemized and individually identified for each of the items listed in the Description of Pay Items. The Town reserves the right to negotiate the price upon selection and extend the vendors service for two additional years. Dates of expected service must be included in proposal. Pricing must include shipping and all transportation costs. A copy of all State of Vermont Applicators Licenses and a Certificate of Insurance will be required. A list of products to be used and a list of all equipment to be used by the vendor to be included. Please provide a list of 3 professional references.
