As of April 22, 2024, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. Hospital Water Plant - New Aerator Tower The project consists of constructing a new aerator tower at the Hospital Water Plant to replace the existing steel aerator tower. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of the contract, written by a responsible Surety Company, authorized to do business in the State of Texas. The City of Floresville expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities. A Bidder's failure to respond to the requested qualifications inquiry may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Bids may be held by the City for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and researching bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. A pre-bid conference will not be held.
