Reference Number 0000265350 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/06 05:00:00 PM EST Environment and Climate Change requires a service provider to widen a cross country ski trail at Paint Lake Provincial Park to make it a multi-use hiking/ski/snowshoe trail. The trail has mature black spruce, mixed with deciduous trees along the established 2.4 ski trail. The trail will need to be widened approximately 4-5 feet. The trees will need to be felled, either mechanically and/or non-mechanical, then trees removed and/or chipped, and brush/limbs piles burnt. The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to solicit bids from qualified Bidders to provide the services as described in Appendix "A" attached and for Manitoba to enter into an Agreement with the Service Provider whose bid is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The Agreement is anticipated to commence on March 15, 2024 and shall continue until March 31, 2024.
