The City of Bartow is seeking a qualified vendor to provide the necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision for the delivery of Ferric Sulfate per specifications on an as needed basis for the City of Bartow's Water Treatment Plant located at 2500 HWY 17, Bartow, FL 33830. All information related to this project is further detailed in the pages to follow. March 12, 2024 BY 4:00 P.M. All questions must be received by the date stated in writing and must be sent to Adaira N. Morales, Purchasing Specialist via email at amorales@cityofbartow.net. The City of Bartow reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or part and/or to accept or reject any items in the bid and waive any informality. Bids/contracts shall be for a period of one (1) year from the date of bid award; April 13, 2024 with options to automatically renew for two (2), one (1) year terms following the initial term unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the termination clauses provided herein. The City and/or Awardee may opt out of such renewal option(s) with written notice provided to the appropriate party within sixty days (60) prior to the end of a service year period. Bidder shall be appropriately licensed to perform the services offered. Bidders shall possess, at the time of bid opening, all required licenses and certifications. Bidder shall be responsible for all costs associated with obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, certifications, and permits. Copies of all licenses and certifications shall be submitted with the response. If a public records request is received, you should provide notice to Jacki Poole, City of Bartow, City Clerk jpoole.clerks@cityofbartow.net. Additional notice should be provided when the request has been fulfilled. Execution of Bid: Bid must contain an original signature of an authorized representative in the space provided on the signature page. Bid must be typed or printed in black ink. Erasable ink is not permitted. Corrections made by the bidder to any bid entry must be initialed by the person who signs the bid.
