The City of Bartow is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision in order to provide Utility Boring Services on an as needed basis for the Public Works Department. All information related to this project is further detailed in the pages to follow. To obtain a copy of the Utility Boring Services Specifications, please be sure to download Attachment A. Tuesday, April 2, 2024, by 4:00 P.M. All questions must be received by the date stated in writing and must be sent to Deborah King, Purchasing Specialist via email at dking.purchasing@cityofbartow.net. The City of Bartow reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or part and/or to accept or reject any items in the bid and waive any informality.
