SCOPE OF WORK: The City of Bartow is seeking a qualified vendor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to purchase 8-foot rectangle, black powder-coated picnic tables as needed to include shipping/delivery costs to the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts Department located at 2250 S. Floral Ave., Bartow, FL 33830. The City will be responsible for the assembly of the tables. All information related to this project is further detailed in the pages to follow. QUESTIONS DEADLINE: Tuesday, April 2, 2024, BY 4:00 P.M. All questions must be received by the date stated in writing and must be sent to Deborah King, Purchasing Specialist via email at dking.purchasing@cityofbartow.net. The City of Bartow reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or part and/or to accept or reject any items in the bid and waive any informality.
