Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bartow, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
This project is to rehabilitate T-hangar access taxilanes at the Bartow Executive Airport. Rehabilitation includes milling & resurfacing of existing asphalt pavement, some isolated areas of full depth reconstruction (asphalt and base material) of pavement sections in poor condition, and minor widening in some areas to provide additional taxilane width. The project also includes grading of shoulder areas, grading of some infield areas, drainage system modifications, installation of a new stormwater collection system, pavement marking, and other associated work. The last day for questions is May 8th, 2024. Bid Bond Yes The complete examination and understanding of the Contract Documents consisting of the project plans and specifications including all addenda or other revisions, and site of the proposed work is necessary to properly submit a bid. No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of ninety (90) days. The Bartow Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in or reject any or all bids and to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the Work.
