Replace Metal Roof on Fleet Maintenance Building. Estimated Project Cost - $140,000.00 QUESTIONS DEADLINE: July 31, 2024, BY 4:00 P.M. All questions must be received by the date stated in writing and must be sent to Deborah King, Purchasing Specialist via email at dking.purchasing@cityofbartow.net The Contract Time is as follows: 60 CALENDAR DAYS The contract time for this project is 45 calendar days from Notice to Proceed to reach Substantial Completion and 15 calendar days from Substantial Completion to Final Completion. Scope of Work The City of Bartow Public Works Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to remove and replace the existing metal roof panels on the Fleet Maintenance Building, located at 505 N. Mill Ave., Bartow, FL 33830. Please see Attachment "A" - Aerial Map of the building on page 114.. Local, Veterans & M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
