Demolition, site work, remodeling and renovation of a road / highway in Bartow, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Scope of Work: The work to construct drainage and utility improvements (City of Eagle Lake) on the following local roads: Richburg Road, Pine Street, Oak Street, Maple Street, and SW Cypress Street in accordance with plan sheets and project manual outlined in the bid documents. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS FROM BIDDERS: Tuesday, May 28, 2024, 4:00P.M.. Scope of Work: Work primarily consists of replacing drainage culverts, driveways, ditch grading, and water line improvements on Richburg Road, Pine Street, Oak Street, Maple Street, and SW Cypress Street. The Project will include the reconstruction of over approximately 140- driveways. The water line improvements will include the construction of a new 6" water main with new service lines. A detailed description of the drainage and sanitary improvements is included in the construction plans provided by WSP titled "Northwest Wahneta Drainage Improvements". No lane or road closures will be allowed during the following times: between 6 AM to 9 AM and between 4 PM to 7 PM. The lane closure request form shall be filed at least 7 workdays prior to the lane close
