The School Board of Polk County, Florida (PCSB) is interested in entering into a contract with a qualified Construction Management firm to provide Construction Management Services for work of a specified nature as outlined in the contract required by the District. The specified services shall consist of providing Construction Management Services for Continuing Contracts as listed below in the scope of services. The Construction Manager (CM) is responsible for the successful, timely and economical completion of any construction project. To be eligible for consideration, interested firms must be qualified pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida and School Board Policies and Procedures.
