Bids/contracts shall be for a period of one (1) year from the date of bid award with options to automatically renew for two (2), one (1) year terms following the initial term unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the termination clauses provided herein. The City and/or Awardee may opt out of such renewal option(s) with written notice provided to the appropriate party within sixty days (60) prior to the end of a service year period. The City of Bartow is seeking a qualified vendor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision in order to provide Annual Line Clearance Tree-Trimming Services for the City of Bartows Electric Department on an as needed basis. QUESTIONS DEADLINE: Monday, April 15, 2024, BY 4:00 P.M. All questions must be received by the date stated in writing and must be sent to Deborah King, Purchasing Specialist via email at dking.purchasing@cityofbartow.net. The City of Bartow reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or part and/or to accept or reject any items in the bid and waive any informality.
