furnishing general supplies, construction materials, traffic supplies, and contract services, as needed to be delivered to the site of various Public Works, Traffic, and Water Works projects within the corporate limits of the City of Natchez, Mississippi or its jurisdiction, for a one (1) year period beginning April 1, 2024 and ending March 31, 2025, excluding Street Cut (Utility Trench) Patching, Lay Down of Hot Mix Asphalt, Hot Mix Asphalt, Street Striping, Ready Mix Concrete, and Flowable Fill. Street Cut (Utility Trench) Patching, Lay Down of Hot Mix Asphalt, Hot Mix Asphalt, Street Striping, Ready Mix Concrete, and Flowable Fill items will bid for a (6) six-month period beginning April 1, 2024 and ending September 30, 2024. Metal culvert pipe, concrete culvert pipe and plastic culvert pipe may be submitted on vendor's proposal form, or by letter together with price lists and descriptive information as necessary. Any quantities specified on any list of supplies are approximate only as a basis for the submitting of proposals. Prices bid are to be firm and not subject to change during the period specified above. Outside of envelope containing bids should be marked with time of bid opening and materials bid on and addressed to: City of Natchez, City Clerk, 124 South Pearl Street, Natchez, Mississippi 39120. The City of Natchez reserves the right to waiver informalities and to reject any and all bids
