Renovation of a municipal facility in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A Certified Check or Bank Draft, payable to the order of "The Montgomery County Housing Authority", U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory Bid Bond, executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted on-line through PennBid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds. This Contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, which provides that training, employment and other economic opportunities generated by HUD assistance or HUD-assisted projects covered by section 3, shall, to the greatest extent feasible, be directed to low- and very low-income persons, particularly persons who are recipients of HUD assistance for housing. The Montgomery County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding when, in the opinion of the MCHA, such rejections or waivers shall be to its interest or advantage.
