Site work and paving for a civil project in Bonifay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project includes the reconstruction of 475 feet of roadway including subgrade, base, and pavement as well as 50 feet of 8x10 concrete box culvert with headwalls and construction of a paved low water crossing. The bid will be awarded at the next regularly scheduled Holmes County Commission Meeting. All bidders will be required to be FDOT pre-qualified for work classes related to this construction. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids on the whole or in part with just cause, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of Holmes County. Holmes County encourages MBE/WBE businesses to participate. M/WBE utilization on this contract is 20%.
