Keystone Educational Collaborative Request for Proposals for Solar Energy Project Keystone Educational Collaborative seeks proposals from solar energy developers to install, own, operate, maintain, and decommission a solar photovoltaic system at the property owned by Keystone located at 360 Electric Avenue, Fitchburg, MA. The area to be leased by Keystone includes portions of the rooftop of the building at the property and the land behind the building at the property. Keystone intends, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B, 16, to select, and enter into a Lease and Power Purchase Agreement with, the developer providing the most advantageous proposal. The selected developer will be responsible for the interconnection study, permitting, and subsequent interconnection costs Questions may be submitted to Keystone by emailing jdemanche@kecg.org no later than March 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM.
