Sealed bids for Exterior Improvements at Multiple Locations All prospective Bidders are to be Licensed Contractors in the State of South Carolina in accordance with the South Carolina Code of Laws (Unannotated). All bidders shall provide evidence of a license in the appropriate classification before a bid can be considered. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Immediately following the prebid conference, a walk-through of the project(s) will be held by the Owner. All contractors are recommended to attend this walk-through and prebid conference. A. The project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following work: 1. Development SC030-001: Remove existing asphalt shingles down to decking,replace existing rotten, broken and missing decking, install new plumbing vent flashing, exhaust vents, electrical mast flashing, install ice shield, felt underlayment and new asphalt shingles. Replace broken, rotten and missing sheathing to match existing in style, type and dimension. Power wash all buildings including but not limited to siding, fascia, soffit and gutters. (11 Buildings) 2. Development SC030-002: Remove existing asphalt shingles down to decking, replace existing rotten, broken and missing decking, install new plumbing vent flashing, exhaust vents, electrical mast flashing, install ice shield, felt underlayment and new asphalt shingles.
