The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the construction of a reinforced concrete surfaced road and drainage works in the Clover Creek Industrial Park in the City of Winkler for a unit price remuneration, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The major items of Work are: Topsoil Stripping - Approx. 3,500 m3 Road Excavation - Approx. 6,000 m3. Supply & Install Geotextile Fabric - Approx. 9,800 m2. Granular Road Base - Approx. 8,000 metric tonnes.
