Reference Number 0000274755 Manitoba Public Insurance is seeking Proposals from Vendors to provide automatic snow removal services, including clearing, sanding, shoveling/snow blowing, hauling and dumping, at the Manitoba Public Insurance Service Centre located at 355 Boundary Trail., Winkler, Manitoba. In addition, Manitoba Public Insurance requires additional Services on an ‘as and when requested’ basis, as more fully described in the RFP document Last date for receipt of specific questions August 12, 2024 at 4:30 PM (Central Time) Date by which Manitoba Public Insurance will respond to questions August 15, 2024 The initial term of the Agreement shall come into effect as of September 1, 2024, and continue until and including August 31, 2026 (the "Initial Term"). The Services shall generally be provided from November 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 and November 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (the "Designated Time Frames"). Manitoba Public insurance reserves the right to request the Successful Vendor to perform the Services outside of the Designated Time Frames at the rates taken from Price Tables #2, #3, #4 and #5. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
