Reference Number 0000285543 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/01/31 12:00:00 PM CST Supply and apply approximately 32,500 tonnes of Traffic Gravel Class "C" on specified roads. The RM will endeavor to be plus or minus 10% of tendered quantity. The RM reserves the right to add or remove roads and adjust quantities as needed. Ability to provide timely unlimited gravel for flood events at the same cost. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Schedule of Works and Liquated Damages Start date: May 20th, 2025 Completion date: August 15th, 2025 An additional $ TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) dollars will be charged if the work is not completed by August 15th, 2025 with an additional daily penalty of $200.00 being charged until the contract has been completed.
