The selected proponent will be responsible for providing engineered shop drawings, securing all necessary permits, and completing construction within the established timeline. 2.3.1 Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence. 2.3.2 Automobile Liability Insurance including coverage for accidental benefits, with a combined property and bodily injury limit liability of not less of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence covering all licensed motor vehicles owned, operated or used by the Subcontractor in connection with the project works. 2.3.3 Aircraft and Watercraft Liability Insurance - If there is any exposure in conjunction with the works of the Subcontractor, the Subcontractor shall, at its own expense, obtain and maintain, or cause to be obtained and maintained, Aircraft and Watercraft Liability insurance covering owned and non-owned aircraft and watercraft used directly or indirectly in the performance of the works (as required when aircraft and watercraft are used directly or indirectly in the performance of the Work) with limits of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence (if required). 2.3.4 If plans, specifications, drawings or other descriptions of the Work which form part of the Contract Documents require the Contractor to remediate hazardous or toxic substances, liability insurance which includes 'Pollution, Legal Liability and Asbestos Abatement' coverage of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence. This policy shall not include any health hazard or pollution exclusions. 2.3.5 Contractors' Equipment Insurance - Subcontractor shall maintain, at their expense, All Risks Contractors Equipment insurance covering, while at the project site, machinery and equipment used by the Subcontractor for the performance of the project works.
