Reference Number 0000290025 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/08 12:00:00 AM CDT The City of Winkler is inviting all qualified companies to review and bid on the 2025 Sewer Relining project. This project will include CCTV inspection, installation of cured in place pipe relining system and post construction inspection. The major items of Work are as follows: 1. Preconstruction CCTV Inspection and Sewer Cleaning 2. Installation of 711m of C.I.P.P. Relining in 300mmØ Sewer mains 3. Post Construction CCTV Inspection and Report. C.I.P.P. Sewer main Relining to be completed is located on the following streets in Winkler and as indicated on drawing M25-02 KP-01 - Key Plan: 1) 711m of 300mm diameter sewer on Mountain Ave. between PTH32 and 8th Street The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%). The Bond shall remain in effect for a period of one year from the date of substantial completion as certified by the Supervisor of Utlities. A Labour and Material Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) will also be required. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
