Reference Number 0000292339 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/12 12:00:00 PM CDT The work involves the mowing of grade slopes and ditches along various Provincial Truck Highways and Provincial Roads in the Birds Hill, Beausejour, Grand Beach, Lac Du Bonnet and Manigotagan areas. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Completion All Work Necessary for the Completion of Phase 1 Mowing Shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before July 4, 2025. All Work Necessary for the Completion of Phase 2 Mowing Shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before October 17, 2025. Liquidated Damages Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. The Maximum Liquidation Damage Charge at Any Given Time Shall Be Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: October 31, 2025.
