Reference Number 0000293711 Manitoba Public Insurance, Request for Proposal #3407 Snow Removal and Sanding Services, Winkler Service Centre Manitoba Public Insurance is seeking Proposals from Vendors to provide automatic snow removal services, including clearing, sanding, shoveling/snow blowing, hauling and dumping, at the MPI Service Centre located at 355 Boundary Trail, Winkler, Manitoba. In addition, MPI requires additional Services on an ‘as and when requested’ basis, as more fully described in the RFP document. The initial term of the Agreement shall come into effect as of September 1, 2025, and continue until and including August 31, 2027 (the "Initial Term"). The Services shall generally be provided from November 1 to March 31 annually (the "Designated Time Frames"). MPI reserves the right to request the Successful Vendor to perform the Services outside of the Designated Time Frames at the rates taken from Price Tables #2, #3, #4 and #5. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
