Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of Work. This project is remodeling room 4290 (north end of dining hall). Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, architectural, mechanical, and electrical remodeling. Refer to the Drawings and Technical Specifications for complete scope of Work. Final Completion - 12/20/24 The Owner may make such investigations as deemed necessary to determine the ability of bidder to perform the Work, and the bidder shall furnish to the Owner all such information and data for these purposes as the Owner may request. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, a bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Contract and to complete the Work contemplated therein.
