Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Drumheller, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Badlands Community Facility (BCF) is a multi-use recreation and cultural facility containing a library, a 5,500 square foot multi-level fitness facility, and small/large board rooms and banquet rooms. The fitness facility is comprised of a three-lane 100 metre low impact running track, a three (3) court fieldhouse, and a designated free weight and stack weight room. The space within the fieldhouse is currently utilized for sporting events, markets, and high school graduation ceremonies. The Town is looking to use this space to attract more music festivals. In order to do so, the Town of Drumheller is seeking contractors to supply and install acoustic tiles along the ceiling and walls with the ultimate goal to increase acoustics for music festivals.
