The Town of Drumheller (the Town) seeks to obtain the services of a qualified and licenced Alberta Contractor to submit a Bid to remediate the Old Hospital and Public Works Yard sites. This includes having the Successful Bidder remove and dispose all contaminated material and backfill both sites with clean materials. Excavated material from old Hospital is suitable for backfill at the Public Works Yard while clean import clay will be required for the Old Hospital site. For the Old Hospital, the successful proponent will also need to spread existing topsoil stockpile and seed, as well as the removal and disposal of the concrete vault material situated at the north end adjacent to Riverside Drive and backfill with imported materials.
