Site work for a road / highway in Drumheller, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Town of Drumheller has informational signage located at six (6) specified areas that provide residents and visitors information pertaining to areas of interest and historical sites. Existing signage is approximately twenty (20) years old and is no longer compliant with the Town's travel program. New signage is required to replace the existing to meet current program policy. Proponents shall provide print-ready files with the design for each sign specified. Existing Conditions Existing signage is mounted to 3 x 4"x4" posts at specific areas within the Town border. Installation of new aluminum signage will utilize existing posts and will be mounted to 1/2 " plywood. Note that installation of completed signage is not included in this Request for Quotation (RFQ), as it will be completed by Town of Drumheller staff. The general deliverables for this Request for Quotation are as follows: Produce twelve (12) signs in total, as specified Dimensions of each sign is 10' wide by 4' tall (3048mm x 1219mm) Each sign shall be made of 2mm thick Aluminum sheeting Print-ready files shall be supplied indicating signage information. Overlaminate/vinyl shall be applied with provided information. Laminate/vinyl shall be able to withstand UV and weather conditions for a minimum of 20 years.
