Description

Demolition and site work for a clubhouse / community center in Drumheller, Alberta. Completed plans call for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

The Town of Drumheller seeks to obtain the services of qualified and licenced Demolition Contractor to submit a Proposal to demolish the Curling Club Building and remediate the land through the Curling Club Demolition Project. Removal of hazardous materials (hazmat) will be required prior to the planned demolition of the structures, which must be performed by qualified abatement subcontractor engaged by the Demolition Contractor. The selected Demolition Contractor will work with the Town’s Infrastructure Services department and Colliers Project Leaders, the assigned Project Manager for this Project.
