Town of Palm Beach is seeking a qualified firm to provide and install one (1) Pneumercator TMS2000. To be supplied with the tank monitor, a NEMA 4 outdoor enclosure, one (1) tank level mag probe with float and mounting kit, one (1) interstitial sensor with mounting kit, and one (1) remote alarm with horn and NEMA 4 enclosure. The successful proposers shall provide all certified manpower, supplies, equipment, tools, parts, materials, lubricants, labor supervision, licenses, travel, and any/all incidental expenses incurred in the performance of this contract necessary for installation, adjustments, and replacement for the, and associated equipment as listed within this Request for Bid. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid. The Town reserves the right to award to the bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. The Town reserves the right to award it on an all-or-none or a line-by-line basis. Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the end of the bid.
