Anticipated Contract Period: June 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 To Establish Unit Prices for Goods & Services Needs During the Anticipated Contract Period Listed Above in Accordance With the Bid Booklet Including: Borrow Material General Backfill Granular Backfill Stone Backfill Stone Embankment Loose Riprap Granular Drain Backfill Topsoil Dense-graded Base Aggregate Open-graded Base Aggregate Fine Aggregate Alternative Material (Provide Information in Material Description) Waste Disposal Each Bid is irrevocable for sixty (60) days from the time of Bid opening shall be retained by Lane County until a Contract has been executed and the Contractor has provided all required documents Q & A Deadline: 03/14/2024 02:00 PM CDT Submit all project specific questions related to the contract documents Electronically. Do not ask project specific questions using any other method as the answers will not modify the contract documents. Answers will be posted in the Q&A section for all prospective bidders to see. Addenda will be issued for any answers that are found to require changes to the Bid Documents. Questions submitted after 12:00 pm local time on the Thursday immediately prior to the Bid Closing may not be responded to. Lane County may reject any Bid not in compliance with all prescribed public Bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all Bids upon a finding of Lane County that it is in the public interest to do so.
