The project consists of, but is not limited to, demolition of existing running track, construction of a new all-weather 400m track and field event areas, new spectator seating, new field lighting, new natural grass athletic fields, new automated irrigation system, new fencing, earthwork, erosion control, stormwater management, concrete work, masonry wall, asphalt paving, seeding and grow-in, electrical work, and other items as more completely described in the bid documents Brandywine Heights Area School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted, to waive any irregularities or technicalities in any proposal, and to make awards in the best interest of the district.
