MMaplewood-Richmond Heights School District (MRH) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the design, supply, and installation of a state-of-the-art audio-visual system in the designated board room located at 2531 S Big Bend Boulevard. This project aims to enhance the functionality and efficiency of school board meetings and other events. The successful vendor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive audio-visual solution that includes, but is not limited to, the following components: . High-quality projection system . Integrated sound system . Video conferencing capabilities . User-friendly control system . Installation and setup services The scope of request for this proposal includes, but is not limited to the following: . Assessment and Design: Conduct an on-site evaluation to propose an optimal AV setup within phased approach. Supply of Equipment: Provide all necessary AV equipment that meets the project specifications. . Installation and Configuration: Complete installation and configuration of the AV system. . Training: Provide training to MRH staff on operating the AV system. . Post-Installation Support: Offer support and maintenance services post-installation On site support during first board meeting after each phase implementation. Proposal Submission Requirements: . Company Profile: Include a brief history of your company, years in business, and previous similar projects. . Technical Proposal: Detailed description of the proposed AV system, including brand and model of equipment. . Budget and Pricing: Itemized costs for equipment, installation, and ongoing support. . Compliance: Statement of compliance with all applicable Missouri state laws and regulations. . References: Minimum of two references from previous clients with similar projects and artifacts demonstrating the quality of work.
