Reference Number 0000344631 The City of Port Huron is requesting proposals for professional planning services for the purpose of determining potential Land Use for owned property adjacent to the Black River (Tax ID: 74-06-298-0403-100). Services required include, but may not be limited to: evaluating property for potential development, schematic drawings or renderings of potential developments, and due diligence required for development. The Consultant shall prepare a land use evaluation of the property. This shall include a document showing the potential developments based on the zoning ordinance. Impact on surrounding properties and resources shall be included in the study. The process for the proposed development shall be indicated in the document, including an anticipated timeline of milestones. The Consultant shall prepare proposed schematics or renderings for each proposed development and shall be included in the scope of the work. The Consultant shall perform due diligence for the property. This shall include potential obstacles that may hinder development. These shall include, but are not limited to: contamination, existing utilities, easements, right-of-way vacation, and required permits.
