The City seeks to retain a qualified and committed janitorial service that will provide a full range of professional janitorial services including, but not limited to, providing day-to-day staffing services, specialty on call services, and providing other related service. See RFP documents for full details. The resulting contract from this RFP will be for a term ending June 30, 2026, with the possibility of three (3) additional one (1) year extensions. June 11, 2024 Council award (tentative). The City of Vallejo reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or portions thereof, to accept a proposal or portion thereof, and to waive any informality.
