Streetlight Poles and Accessories Scope of Work Bids are invited to provide streetlight poles and accessories to be used in support of municipal services for the City of Sunnyvale Central Stores. The City intends to enter into one or more contracts for a one-year period with an option to renew four (4) additional one-year periods, provided pricing and services are acceptable to the City. All questions related to the bid process are due by Wednesday, March 15, 2024, by 3:00pm. All questions related to this Invitation for Bids shall be addressed directly to the Buyer named on the cover sheet of this IFB. Contact with other City employees during the bidding process is expressly prohibited without prior written consent of the City's Buyer. Bidders who directly contact City employees risk elimination of their bids from consideration. Sunnyvale Business License - The successful bidder must either possess a current, valid Sunnyvale business license or must have submitted a Sunnyvale business license application and fee at the time of contract award. Contract Award - Contract award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s). The acceptance of a bid will be evidenced by a written Purchase Order delivered to the successful bidder.
