**As of March 27, 2024 project was awarded to Summit Construction, awarded amount is $1,583,003.70..** The improvement consists of: Installation of electric vehicle chargers at various City facilities and parks throughout Bellingham. Site work includes new hardscape, signage, stormwater improvements, electrical systems and related restoration. All chargers are provided by the City of Bellingham. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 2/28/2024 4:00 PM All proposals must be on the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights. Price Range: $1,500,000 - $1,800,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
