**As of May 28, 2024, project was awarded to GMH Asphalt Corporation, awarded amount is $289,375.53.** Approximate quantities include: 22,600 S Y Mill Bituminous Surface (2.00"-0.00") 4,800 S Y Mill Bituminous Surface (2.0") 14,400 L F Joint Adhesive 2,700 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,C) 3,500 L F 4" Solid Line Paint 5,900 L F 4" Dble Solid Line Paint 600 S F Crosswalk Paint All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of St. Michael shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
