As of 4/25/2025 the Owner confirmed the bid due date for this project has been extended to early May 2025. An addendum will be issued next week to reflect this change. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. The Project Includes the Furnishing of All Labor and Materials for the Construction Complete in-place, of the Following Approximate Quantities: 27,000 S Y Mill Bituminous Surface (Full Width) 2,900 Ton Type Sp 9.5 Wearing Course Mixture (3,c) - Roadway 28,400 L F Pavement Striping (Paint) 24 Hour Flagger The Provisions of Minn. Stat. 16c.285 Responsible Contractor Are Imposed as a Requirement of This Contract. All Bidders and Persons or Companies Providing a Response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of St. Michael Shall Comply With the Provisions of the Statute. The City Council Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any Bids Received Without Explanation. No Bid May Be Withdrawn For a Period of 60 Days. For All Further Requirements Regarding Bid Submittal, Qualifications, Procedures, and Contract Award, Refer to the Instructions to Bidders That Are Included in the Bidding Documents
